The Service provides a platform for managing ISO 27001 compliance, risk assessments, and related documentation. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
You acknowledge that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, a Data Processing Addendum is available on request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and [LEGAL ENTITY] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Complyanz is a tool to support your compliance program and does not constitute legal advice or guarantee certification.
